Heart, Mind & Soul
Visit the student info page for HMS in the Northeast.

Heart, Mind & Soul's Shabbaton is unlike any you've ever experienced! It's a weekend full of fun and excitement. You'll have a chance to meet teens and young adults from across the Northeast. You'll participate in workshops designed to help you increase your self-awareness and happiness and motivate you toward the life you'd like to create for yourself!

After 12 programs in the Northeast, we're finally moving down South! Our first such program is scheduled for March 28-31, 2008 in Boca Raton, Florida, and it is open to Jewish teens and young adults, ages 14 to 21.

If you're interested in applying, download and print out an application form and mail it, with a $100 deposit, to:

Costs and Fees
Nine meals, snacks, lodging, and all Shabbaton activities are included in the Heart, Mind & Soul fee. A space can be reserved with a $100 non-refundable deposit. A second payment of $279 is due one week prior to the program.

Scholarships are awarded from the Heart, Mind & Soul Scholarship Fund based on financial need. To apply for a scholarship or to inquire about alternate payment plans, please contact us.

For those traveling from the Atlanta area, transportation is an additional $216. For all others outside of Atlanta, transportation arrangements are the responsibility of each participant. As a courtesy, the Heart, Mind & Soul transportation coordinator contacts each participant (and a parent or guardian, if relevant) prior to the Shabbaton to assist him or her in making appropriate arrangements.
